- Rainy Day in the Tree House -

The girls loved taking a blanket and a bag of toys/books out to the tree house this afternoon.

What made this experience even better was when the rain started. They thought it was so

cool that they were outside in the rain but they were not getting wet.

boooo! The Lightening spoiled everything!

- New Exhibit at the Zoo -

The girls enjoyed the new "Birds & Bees" exhibit at the zoo last weekend.
They were so proud when parakeets landed on their feeding stick.
Kate especially loved this exhibit and hated to have to leave.

Katelyn is finally a SOCCER PLAYER !

Katelyn was SOOOOOOO excited for her 1st. Soccer practice!

Every time she kicked the ball, she would turn around and give us a BIG SMILE!

After practice, she wanted to know if she had earned her Trophy yet !

This is going to be F-U-N !

MY NEW CHAIR !

Today I bought myself a set of metal chairs for the backyard. You see our dog, Abbey, has chewed up everything we used to own that even
resembled a piece of outdoor furniture. I knew she could not chew these - they are made of METAL !

After a few hours of them being placed in the backyard, I look out the window to find my BIG black dog seated comfortably on one of MY

new chairs. I think I even heard her say:

"If you can't beat 'em, join 'em!"

- Katie came to visit the Watson Family for 3 days and I think we TALKED the entire time -

We have been best of friends now for 22 years !

- Now our children call us "Aunt Katie" or "Aunt Michelle" -

It was such a BLESSING to see our children play together !
